2023 April 3★Your typical McDonald's with the routine churn in staff makes it unpredictable what you get. Though certainly no issues here. Relatively clean. Everything ordered was just fine.Certainly a busy location just off Yonge and 16th Ave with drive through.Plenty of parking.

Two strikes and you’re out in my books. Went two different times for the limited time only Shamrock shake and the machine was being cleaned again. The app wasn’t updated so I wasted my time going to this location twice.

This store's a filthy mess. Use the drive-thru if you have to go to this McD, so that you don't have to bear witness to the chaos inside. But then you may not want to eat here if you see what's going on. Disgusting!!! Drink station a mess, spills all over the floor, total disaster!! Makes you wonder about the food handling and prep station. No attendants in the eating area to clean up. Proceed with extreme caution! Honestly just go somewhere else to eat!

Today, Wednesday, at 1 p.m., I just came to take lunch from the closest fast food since we were in rush but after I ordered, wait there for 10 min on the side of resources for most common sandwich of McDonald, a Big mac. I was surprised because no any more car was before me and was so quiet.I think some franchises like McDonald's and KFC don't care anymore about customers' complain.

The staff are loud and rude. They don't listen and give you wrong orders. Also it was the first time more than 2 decades of ordering from McDonald's that they don't serve coffee with half cream( their machine only serve minimum 1 cream for a cup)! Staff on the front speak their own language and laugh at you. Very disappointing.

Bright and clean location. Got a great deal 2 dine in offer via the McD App. Wait time was reasonable. Excellent customer service. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I didn’t expect the staff would check on us twice to make sure we were good on everything. Very positive experience.

I wish I took photos during this visit. 14 staff were handling food, money etc, but NO ONE was handling the garbage or the dining area whatsoever! The bins were overflowing, tables were dirty as well. I had my 3 year old nephew with me and I didn't even want him sitting in the booth. I mentioned this to one of the workers before I left and after struggling to get rid of my trash. Not sure how quickly it was handled after I left but I've been familiar with this location for years. It felt like it hit an all time low that day, paying a lot of employees, but none cared about the appearance or cleanliness of the location. Seems like they prefer being a drive through only location maybe!? That's probably how they'll succeed.

i ordered breakfast online from here at around 10:40. i was then told, after i was charged, through the app that they would not deliver so i went to the store. i got there at 10:55. i waited 10 minutes asking for someone before someone finally came over and helped me. they then told me that they were not going to make the food before it was now after 11. i said that i ordered my food and was at the store before 11. the manager came over and insisted that i was not charged and continued to refuse to make the food i paid for. absolutely ridiculous. i’m out money and still hungry. i cannot believe this.

always the fastest and best service. there are two ladies there in particular (one is named judy, unfortunately i forgot to ask the name of the other lady but i do believe she’s a manager of some kind) who are so sweet and always do my iced coffee (among other items) perfectly. being provided with their service is always the perfect start to my day. thank you for all you do!

2:30pm drive thru was brutal slow. Almost no one in line. Their speaker is so quiet I couldn’t hear them at all and they couldn’t hear me. Has to tell my order.
