Cactus Club Cafe Richmond Centre
I went to this location to celebrate one of my friends getting a promotion and it was nice. Our server was very personable and attentive and we had a really enjoyable time. I will say that our servers switched halfway through our meal and that was a bit confusing as nobody told us what was happening but otherwise the food was delicious and the service was good.

Only have been here once and probably will never come back again. Maybe my expectation was a bit high, but my last experience was kinda horrible… I thought the steak would be great but turned out it was chewy and flavorless. Luckily, the fries were crispy but I didn’t expect that paid over 20 dollars only for the fries

the steak was good as ever, but the meat was a little bit of tough this time. The vegetarian sushi was recommended by the waitress which is very good! By the way, this restaurant has several vegetarian items. Even though today is Father’s Day, I wasn’t expecting that the restaurant was going to be so busy. An example was we had to wait around fifteen to twenty minutes for two waters. But The overall experience was good and I recommend it.

The food was good for a chain restaurant.Ordered ravioli + prawn trio, which was really good. Very well made. The hot chicken + pickles, was pretty good. Fried chicken always pretty good but not that spicy and for mains o got the chargrilled steak, asked for medium rare. What I got was well done. Couldn’t taste the chargrilled. Was like any other steak. Pretty disappointed.But the worst part was the service. Our waitress after taking our order disappeared. Never came back to check up on us, different server brought out our food, we asked for some steak sauce which we were told would be brought right over. But never came. Our waitress when we tried to call her over was busy talking to what looked like her friends for over 15mins ignoring everyone else. Pretty disappointed with the service overall. We always love going back at Cactus. It has been very consistent with the quality of what they are serving. Our all time favourite is the Butternut Squash Ravioli!!!This time we ordered their seafood pasta, quesadilla and of course the truffle fries (which we always order).The combination of cream and spicy was perfect! It wasn’t too spicy. Just enough to balance the creaminess of the sauce.We never get disappointed with their truffle fries, always served crispy and well seasoned.

Cactus Club Cafe Richmond Centre
Cactus Club is one of the best places for Happy Hour. They got a good selection in different price ranges for their food and drinks. The food is full sized too - not a shrunken mini version like other places. Service here is always friendly. Make sure you reserve a table before coming because they are always busy.

Cactus Club Cafe Richmond Centre
I’m not usually a fan of chain establishments but Cactus Club’s happy hour has never been a let down. I still find their bites to be fairly pricey for happy hour pricing but at least their drinks are fairly well discounted.Service is always quite friendly and prompt. Richmond is short on dining experiences with this kind of vibe so it’s nice to have now and then without having to drive into Vancouver.
