Rarely a lineup and always quick, great place to do your business, EXCEPT every other Service Ontario opens at 9 am and this one opens at 9:30 am. This greatly affects me as I cant make it after 9:30 but have time if it opened at 9. I have to take a day off work in order to go as I can't leave work during the day, and that's insane.

The woman running the outlet is very efficient, kind and courteous. Very well organized and she deserves a great deal of respect for her perseverance throughout the pandemic.

Unfriendly service agent. Abrupt. No customer service skills. She's correct, you're wrong.Time before we had a friendly and informative agent at this location.So it depends when you go.

Building is very clean and no wait. Very quick and efficient, but expect no small town hospitality. Be prepared to be talked down to and treated like you're dumb.
