Terrible. Got shorted an order of jalapeño bites on my order. All the better perhaps as the attached photo is what the ranch looked like. I'm not expert, but I opted to not eat that ranch. Burger was OK, fries were a bit old.

The need to improve their food quality plus I dine in and when you need the washroon its closed ! Yes closed , how embarrassing and disrespectful for dine in customers to go ask for a washroom key , open up the washroom weirdos ! OPEN UP THE WASHROOMS WEIRDOS !

Came in after football game, one of the group order to eat in. Then ask about washroom and was told closed. Informed that if open for eat in need to have washroom open according to health regulations. I then proceeded to order our eat in order and was told by cashier manager just said take out only. Will not go back ever to this location and their loss as probably eat here most of the time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place, I waited in line for 15mins until someone even acknowledged me. After standing for 15mins they finally took my order and then after I got my food the whopper was so dry and slapped together. Not impressed!

I went on 17 oct @9:30 am.Two staff working at that time.The staff who attended me was on the phone talking to someone in a different language, rude behaviour, not listening properly what i am ordering.We stayed for 15min. She was talking too loud, i can hear even i sat far away from the counter..(No other costumer at that time maybe that why the staff was on the phone)I hope the manager of store see this review and go through the policy with the staff and training as needed.Thank you
