I am a person who orders the same two rolls from them every time and everytime I request a little extra eel sauce on the side. Yesterday when I ordered, the crispy beef roll had no bbq sauce. The queen roll only had the spicy sauce with no battered onion or eel sauce. Plus I received spicy mayo on the side and no eel sauce. When I called them, they straight out lied saying that the rolls have no sauce. She was so rude that she did not even let me finish one sentence and said to talk to Skip the dishes. I tried explaining that we ordered directly through their website. After the fourth time, she listens to me and tells me she will send only the eel sauce in 15 mins. A guy appeared on our door after 40 mins banging on our doorbell. He handed the sauce to my husband and pointed his finger at him and says “next time it's extra charge”. When my husband offered to pay for the sauce, he got more upset and said “LET ME TALK”. Glad we have a doorbell camera which captured it all. My husband tried explaining that this is not extra sauce we requested but we requested the sauce as there was no sauce on the sushi but he did not want to hear anything else. I was dumbfounded at this man’s behaviour and it took me a while to even understand what happened just for two rolls of sushi. The crispy beef was so dry and stale that I took one bite and the rest went to the garbage. Have been ordering for 3-4 years now but no more. Just one advise: kindness and behaving nice to others cost no money so try that sometimes. Attaching the picture of the rolls I received.

This review only applies to karaoke and not the restaurant. There is only 1 room available and the upstairs has not been kept up. It also wasn't really clean. The other rooms were disabled. They were slightly late opening it and shut it down 10 minutes early. I went before the pandemic and it was great and now it's been ruined. Too bad. For was good though

The photos speak for themselves. Extremely disappointed with the sushi. It’s almost disrespectful how badly these were made. No salmon in sight for dinner and when I asked the server for salmon nigiri and sashimi, he never brought it out. Which almost seems intentional seeing how little salmon (or any ingredient really) they put in their rolls. The hot food was good at least. You’re better off at let’s sushi or miso ya for decent sushi. Hachi used to be one of the better places for sushi so I really hope they can improve.

Went because they have the sushi conveyor belt. Sushi was barely okay, everything else was ... not. Tempura was thick greasy batter (old oil?), including what was in the sushi. My wife had two bites and stopped eating. I ate because we stupidly ordered the all you can eat meals. Our bad. The Dim Sum pork ball tasted like ... Spam. The ginger beef was obscenely sweet (couldn't eat it). The green tea tasted like hot water that had a tea leaf dragged through it quickly. They asked us how everything was and we explained most of it to them, because we didn't want to insult them, so they charged me for an adult all-inclusive and my wife for a child all-inclusive. I tipped because times are tough. Interesting to note that upon exit, we both smell like we were deep fried. Would we go again? Nope.

An amazing experience everyone should try! My husband and I have had all you can eat sushi in Lethbridge, Calgary and here in Regina before, but nothing has been a WOW" experience until we came here. I haven't had sushi this good since Vancouver in 2013! Everything is made fresh

A pleasant surprise. I am usually not a fan of all you can eat sushi. Quality is usually lacking, and that is something you want to avoid when eating raw fish. However, Hachi's quality of fish was actually good. The cost of the all you can eat is very reasonable as well, especially since you can get unlimited amounts of, for example, salmon sashimi. If I wanted to eat copious amounts of sushi and/or other dishes I'd definitely come back!

Hachi Sushi offered a buffet-style sushi dining experience priced at $28.99 per person, which I found to be reasonable. The sushi dishes were placed on a conveyor belt, allowing me to freely select my preferred options. In addition to sushi, I also ordered some dumplings and my personal favorite, fried squid tentacles. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant.
