Univesal handling in the most incompetent place I 've ever dealt with. broken deadlines incomplete product. No attention to detail. And do not stand behind their work. I have a truck took delivery in Feb truck is still not working do to the winch breaking off.

My new truck, has been in the shop in Grande Prairie now for over two months. The Winch came off the Truck, Universals response was someone tried to steal it... From a locked yard, with video, that I checked. The winch was never welded into place on the brackets. It would have been physicaly impossible to cut it out of the cage, but they can't accept that. They won't offer any warranty behind their work, and haven't offered us compensation, for a truck and trailer unit which we just spent $400,000 on.
