Friendly staff, waiting room was clean and comfortable. Were able to help right away on short notice.However, at check out the attendant at the front counter couldn't figure out how to calculate the cost for the job, even though I had already been quoted for what the total cost would be. He went outside to ask the manager...twice. The same manager had texted me the total price to be $572 but when it came time to pay, he re-calculated the price to be $865, even though no additional work was performed outside of the initial quote. The explanation I received, twice, was that he likes to drink." Hope he's not drinking in the shop!"

Great customer service, very friendly and welcoming environment. I dealt with Tristan, who was very helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided me with recommendations for new summer tires for my Jeep along with accurate quotes. I was able to get booked in the same week and the install only took a few minutes. Rob and Jake were very helpful as well, and greeted me with a smile. I also purchased a new car battery for a good price, as I was quoted much higher for a new battery at other local shops. Very satisfied with my new Hercules tires and my battery. Thanks King Auto!

Bought new tires and put my car in for safety inspection. Told to drop it off Friday and they would get to it when possible. Because of items needing repairs they were unable to do anything until Monday. I was told that because of the inconvenience he would give me a break on the bill, this never happened. The mechanic charged me for an hour and a half for fixing an electrical issue, but when I got my car back I had another warning light on. I was told this would be fixed the following week when I brought the car back for a flush and fill that wasn't done. Upon driving to Peterborough I noticed a vibration at 80 km. After taking it to another repair facility I found out they had misplaced my tires. The new owners need to tighten up their operation, as for me I'll find someone else to do my work, especially for $2600.00

I would give more stars if I could. My vehicle was shaking while driving and I felt unsafe. They took me in right away even though they were very busy. Turned out it wasn't anything serious just mud around my tires. They got it cleaned up and didn't charge me. I'll definitely be going back and would definitely recommend. Honest and kind!!! I'm so very very thankful. It is nice knowing there is a place I can go that I can trust.

Went there yesterday on a friend's recommendation ... needed brakes, & fix a rattle. They fit me right in, lent me a vehicle to get me home, did the job, and reasonable price. Thanks for the great service!

Back in June 2022 I dropped off 4 loose wheels and 4 tires to get mounted on them. $20 a piece. So when I bought snow tires (at a big box store, through someone's employee's discount, I never considered going anywhere else to get them mounted on the wheels.Funny how now that it's the week before Xmas suddenly they cost $50 a piece. Even when I pointed out that it was 20 six months ago, and that Auto Add Ons in Belleville will do it for $25. That's where I sit writing this, and even better, they're doing it for $20. I'd recommend anywhere but kings auto.

They are amazing and got things done so quick when we needed it! Even if you don't need a new auto shop, you should consider them anyways because you will have excellent service and get to wait with Sophie, who is possibly the best dog ever! Thanks again for all your help guys!
