The care my s/o received last night was top notch! Dr Yvon Makadiama, Nurse Kristie and all the staff we encountered were outstanding.They went above and beyond, acted quickly and were so compassionate in their care. We will never be able to thank them enough. True blessings!

super super slow and inconsiderate. me and my partner came in for extreme nausea and vomiting, and we were put in an empty ambulance entrance room with chairs. did not give us meds for HOURS even though we were both actively throwing up and would not let us lay anywhere despite not being given ANYTHING (meds, bed, bathroom) was not checked up on and in fact was passed by multiple times while on the floor crying

Very thankful to Dr Ratna and the wonderful team at Urgent care. My Aunt had the most caring, compassion and kind team as she passed away there. They even made sure I was comfortable as I stayed by her bedside.

You're better off dying than coming here. They don't care about you. It literally takes an hour and a half to get a cup of water, and they scream at you if you dare ask them any questions. One nurse will say something and then 5 minutes later completely deny it. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT.

horrible services... its better to just stay at home and take rest instead of waiting there for like 4-5 hours. I don't know what does urgent care means for them ... you are suppose to see the patients right away if they need you urgently... ridiculous.

Went to urgent care with someone and for myself in the past few months. Yes, there's a wait (I waited 2.5 hours with spouse when he needed stitches badly, then though the wait time said 4 hours- they do move you up if your life is in danger), it's posted online... You can google urgent care wait times in Winnipeg" and it's quite accurate. If you're miserable about wait times and lack of quick care- please vote in the next provincial election to make your voice heard. Overworked staff don't need people being rude to them for doing their jobs

Service was extremely slow I went in with chest pains and took over 6h to get it all done. Next time ill just stay home and die in the comfort of my own home. Worst part is that my issue went away before the doctor even came back with my results. Literally don't waste your time here unless you know it's life or death. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

The Healthcare in Winnipeg is pathetic. They say that urgent care is based on need not order but yet I've been waiting hours for help despite getting here unable to walk or stand, crying from the severe pain but yet everyone else, including those that came after me got in first... of which only 1 person looked in actual pain. I was offered pain medication that never came.. nor water even though I'm dehydrated. And they call themselves health practices. What a joke. This is the reason people have died while waiting for help in the waiting rooms.

Concordia Hospital Urgent Care
I brought my 86 yr old mother in law to the Concordia Urgent Care today and was pleasantly surprised with the kind and considerate care she received. From the security guards, triage nurses, lab tech and Dr Andani she has been given skilled professional care, diagnosis and treatment in a kind, caring and timely manner. We were very impressed and grateful for their care. Thanks to them all.
