Uber Greenlight

The worst customer service. Those two security guys are so rude and disrespectful. Does Uber care about this? The drivers like us are making your company.

How can I contact you guys I can’t come to office coz it’s 2000kms away from me . Can i book appointment online or can i get my document cleared it’s been 20 days it’s not clear

I got an uber to come pick me up and he wouldn't come to my location. He wanted me to come to him. However, I just arrived to the city and had no idea where the street he want me to go, so I texted him saying I don't where that is and he cancelled my trip. As a result I paid over 5 dollars because he cancelled the trip (the drive was only supposed to cost 11 dollars) and I had to walk an hour back to my hotel. It was a horrible experience!

They took more than a week to accept my safety inspection, and still pending!!!And they are asking us for referrals, i faced a very bad experience how im gonna refer someone??!

I am not happy with Uber's greenlight they are killing my time for two days for nobody's respect to anyone calls these they can't solve any questions.?

If I could, I'd give zero star. There was a consultant but 2 security guards. No solution, no respect. Bye uber, Welcome Lyft.

Today I had the best experience which make you proud working with such a company. I had a rider who dropped cofffee on the seat and uber reimburse me with 20$ where i paid 222 for cleaning the seat hahahahha funny to work with a bad company like uber i think it is time to move to lyft

Booked a 3:30 AM ride from Manotick to the airport 18 hours in advance.A driver named Alex Mod accepted the trip shortly thereafter.Alex Mod was a no show. Had to scramble to make our flight.Uber site gave me no opportunity to add a negative to Alex Mod’s glowing rating & Uber’s response to my complaint was to suggest I should have booked another Uber when it was apparent that Mod wasn’t going to show up!!! REALLY- NEVER AGAIN…

I was a pretty new user of uber drive service. I have used uber service a couple of times recently. Last Thursday, Nov. 24th morning I phoned uber in Ottawa at 7:45 a.m. to book a ride to be picked up at 8:15 a.m. The distance that was quoted was $30.92 before tax which was what I thought. The driver came very on time and got me to where I wanted to go. When I got home I received an invoice/bill totaled $71.22. I was shocked and disbelieved. I thenlooked again to the bill, Uber charged me a reservation fee of $28.00 and a booking fee of $3.00 which surprised me. I have used uber before but no one charged me for reservation fee before so what was this reservation fee all about? Is that a hidden fee that charge customers? If that is the case, I definitely will not use uber anymore or ever again. I rather use regular taxi. I tried to contact them for a week now and no one returned my email nor phone call. Very disappointed!!
