My 2.5 yr old daughter and I absolutely love her educator from this agency, not to mention the care and professionalism that the consultant affiliated with the educator shows, as well.Not only that the educator is a genuinely kind person who takes a wonderful care of your child, she provides creative activities and programs that my daughter enjoys daily. My daughter constantly surprises me with new songs, skills, and dances that she's learned from her teacher. The teacher sometimes lets my daughter bring some books so she can continue enjoy reading them at home. She also makes the best snacks and meals that are both nutritious and tasty. Lastly, I really appreciate that she provides thorough feedbacks on my child daily when my husband or I pick her up or by sending us pictures of what our child did during the day.The consultant visits the day home once a month to check up on the facility and program of the day home and also provides feedbacks to the parents. When the educator goes on a vacation, they find a back-up care close to your place so there is a minimal disruption.There really is nothing I can complain about the educator or the agency. I'd recommend this agency to anyone I care about. Keep in mind though, that if you want to register your child, do it in advance. My daughter was in the waitlist for about 1.5 yrs?2 years?, then finally found a space only after one kid grew old enough to go to kindergarten.Thanks, Southgate Medallion Family Day Homes!

Our experience with Southgate Medallion Family Day Homes has been wonderful and our caregiver, Payal is AMAZING! She provides a safe, loving environment for children to learn and have fun. Payal is professional, kind and easy to talk to and genuinely cares about the health and well being of our son. We are blessed to have her in our lives.

I was incredibly demoralized at going back to work and leaving my 9 month old at a dayhome but Shabana Aunty is an angel on this earth. I absolutely love her and Southgate Medallion Dayhomes. This agency is excellent, professional, compassionate and flexible. Thank you to the dear old Multiverse for sending these beams of light my way!

Day providers are good. But admin side of this agency is irresponsible. Every month they are charging extra and doing adjustments later. Every month I have to call or email management. So much adjustments in fees. I lost track how much exactly we are paying. Even I email start of the month please deduct fees responsibly. Still they charge extra. Don't know they have accountant at all or they are doing this on purpose. Please stay away from them as they don't care about your money. Also they don't care if you leave them because of their admin mistakes.

The representative of the agency is awesome and specially her educator is an awesome lady ,they have suggested such a great Day-home . We are very happy of the care and how our daughter is loving and adapting at the Day-home. Also not to forget that the agency come and visit every month at the Day-home. Definitely recommend it !!!

I had the worst experience with one of their care providers and I hope that I or my child never meet any caregiver/teacher like that ever again!A care provider that's always racial in her remarks about a child's background, tells lies (I have recorded evidences), too rigid, stereotyped and unprofessional in all ramifications.Children can only thrive where there is love, professional care and collaboration. Leave children out of your racial remarks!! I strongly suggest more trainings for these caregiver and agency collaboration with the parents.I would never recommend to parents of same background!!!!

I would like to thank Southgate Medallion Day Homes for placing my 2 children in a wonderful and caring day home. The agency was incredibly helpful in providing my family with day home options. I would recommend this agency to any family interested in a loving and caring day home for their children.

I was pleased to be accepted with two spots in a new dayhome through Southgate Medallion, from both the dayhome operator and agency rep. I was in the process of filling out paperwork that was sent to me from the agency. I was in constant communication with the rep as I had questions along the way. Over the weekend while awaiting the response from my last email I filled out the paperwork ready to send them in first thing Monday morning, but instead I received an email saying that there were no longer any spots for me at the dayhome. I quickly responded looking for an explanation why, with a copied message from the dayhome operator previously congratulating me for getting two spots. I did not hear back and I still haven't a week later. This agency is very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

We discontinued care with Southgate this summer, and were able to rectify some outstanding issues with the agency. Overall, we were pleased with the attentiveness of our provider, and the level of professionalism the agency applied when dealing with our concerns.
