The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is excellent, and the openers and features they had lined up for the main comedian were hilarious. Such a cool place, my cheeks hurt from how much I was smiling.

The independent is a fantastic venue. Booking great national and regional headliners while also providing ample opportunities to deserving local comics. The low prices on drinks and laughs are a great way to spend a Friday or Saturday night in South East Michigan! A comedy club run by comedians who care about comedy!

Intimate setting with super friendly staff, and most importantly, I absolutely loved the show. Every part had me laughing my butt off - the host, the warm up acts, the feature! Even before the show started, the music and atmosphere was fantastic. This was my first time coming out and I most definitely will be coming back again once my jaw stops hurting from the laughter. Thanks for a great night out!

Awesome vibe. Just know that there is no seating for anyone lol so if you wanna get a seat at the stage get there eaaaaarly.Lots of comics signing up for the open mic. Good spot.

Awesome hidden oasis for comedy! The event last night had great performers and an even cooler set up. It was small, but it made it feel exclusive. I'd definitely check it out again.

Funny, intimate show. The host and warm up were both funny and great at engaging the crowd. The feature was great. Drink prices are cheap af. Appreciated the health and safety protocols. Fun place, looking forward to going back, glad they’re here.

The overall vibe of this place is pure humble authenticity. I really enjoyed the intimate set up, it lends you the feeling of really being a part of the scene. If you're looking for a place that is friendly, casual and down to earth, this is the place to be.
