From beginning to end of the wedding with their bartending staff the bride had to fight for a drink. They continuously told people they were out of alcohol when the couple provided more than enough. Do not hire if you’re looking to have more than 3 drinks without being threatened to be cut off.

The bartenders hired through this company we’re a huge disappointment. They showed up right on time giving themselves no chance to organize the bar area prior to bar opening, thus causing line ups of people waiting for drinks. This did not improve throughout the night. They were extremely rude to our wedding guests and continually told people they should be drinking water not alcohol. They clearly did not want to be there and left immediately after their hours were up. They did not clean up the bar area. I would never recommend this company to anyone!

I've had the opportunity to work with Cindy & Dave on multiple occasions, definitely top notch service, care about their customers. Worked events where they have decorated, rented items as well as bartended and always top quality. It's worth the call to Rannoch

Had troubles being served throughout the night, particularly towards the end of the wedding when the bartenders refused to open any new bottles that the bride and groom had paid for. Not a recommended experience if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing wedding

We hired Cindy and her team as service staff for our wedding and they did a top-notch job of serving, clearing and cleaning. We had some issues with our caterer, causing us to make some last minute adjustments to our dinner service and Cindy really came to our rescue and enabled us to still have our dream wedding day. Thank you so much Cindy and team!

Beware!!! The bartenders were late to open the bar, rude to guests, and unnecessarily cut off guests from the bar! If you have a heavy-drinking crowd, stay away because they will cut your guests off after only having a few drinks. They also refused to open bottles that the couple paid for and wanted opened! Disappointing service overall.

I am not one to ever write negative reviews however I feel Cindy has left me no choice as I have reached out to her privately multiple times and she only responds to say she will message later then never does. I hired Cindy to bartend for my wedding a few weekends ago, a couple days before the wedding Cindy informed me she would not be able to make it due to a family issue but would be sending her 2 best girls, I was very understanding of this. Fast forward to the wedding day, the bar was scheduled to open at 4:00pm directly after our ceremony, the bartenders cindy sent did not show up until exactly 4:00pm and then we’re annoyed a line quickly formed as they had not given themselves any time to get settled in. Going forward we only continued to have issues, the bartenders were incredibly rude to guests, my dad went to get a beer during dinner and they very snarkly remarked “well usually you close the bar for dinner”, this is something I specifically talked to Cindy about prior to hiring her company as I wanted the bar to be open for dinner. Throughout the night they refused to open new bottles of liquor stating we were out or my mom had told them not to, both of which were blatant lies. When the bar closed at 11:30pm they ran out of there as fast as they possibly could, leaving the bar a disaster and leaving multiple bottles of wine wide open without telling anyone (we were forced to dump over 6 bottles worth of wine the next morning). Multiple people were cut off throughout the night, now I know this is touchy and ultimately up to their discretion however it was obvious they were just starting to cut people off because they no longer wanted to be there, none of the guests were acting belligerent in any way and we had arranged for 2 school buses to shuttle everyone home, supplied a ton of free water and supplied our own insurance. These are just a few highlights of all the issues we encountered. The day after the wedding I reached out to Cindy to express my disappointment and she has yet to given me so much as a sorry. In an industry which word of mouth goes a long way I would certainly never recommend working with this company. If you’re looking to have a fun and relaxed wedding especially do NOT hire bartenders through them.
