Renovare Marble and Granite

I did not have a nice experience with this company at all. We went there in April of this year to look for a counter top and backsplash. We picked out three different types of stone, the owner said he would email me the price for the stones. He confirmed that it would take 10 days for it to be done. He did not send the price of the stones until two weeks later, he said he was busy. Nevertheless we picked one and my husband went back to see Ross at the store to confirm the stone that we want. Shortly after that, l received an email from him with the new price and it was higher than the previous price for about $400. I asked and he said the price had gone up. We were not happy but we still go with it and asked when will he come to measure the counter, he said not until June. He told us at the beginning that it would only takes 10 days from the day that we put the order in. the construction will start anytime in April. I told him the date is not good for us.Then he said he will look into it get back to me tomorrow. I never heard back from him.Maybe he's too busy that he doesn't need our business or is he pick and choose his own customer?Anyway, we went to SlabX and get the same stone, same price with fast response and faster service. They are coming this Friday to install the counter top and the backsplash.

We recently purchased Cosentino countertop from here. Natalie was great helped us choose our countertop. The entire renovare team is great. Elton did a great job with installation. He even fixed the grouting on my backsplash. Very meticulous and safety concious.Overall a very proffessional team that is very skilled. They left the place clean and spotless.

We had Renovare supply and install our quartz counter top as part of our kitchen reno. The project included a very large kitchen island with waterfall sides that many other installers refused to attempt. Elton completed the counter installation and then installed our backs plash in record time. Natalie & Ross were fantastic to deal with and gave a lot a great feedback and advice when it came to choosing our stone. Great service, very fair price and fantastic results! A very close of friend of ours recommended Renovare Marble and Granite for our kitchen counter top. We visited the showroom and were amazed by the full slab selection they have on display. Owner Ross Dunk was helpful, professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, the price was excellent and the installation was quick. We are very happy with our new granite counter top. We actually recommended Renovare to another one of our close friends and they also ended up purchasing a counter top for their kitchen. Five stars all the way!!

We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful quartz kitchen counter from Renovare. I had a pretty good idea of what I thought I wanted, but was nervous about my design choice.We walked into the showroom and was greeted by Natalie who took a lot of time showing me different options. Then sent me hope with several options we both felt would be a great choice, then another visit were we made the final decision. I never felt rushed, I had Natalie’s full attention when I had questions.I chose my stone, and was informed I would get a call from Eldon in a couple of days to come out and measure. We had a bit of a glitch with our demo, so Eldon rescheduled his visit. He called to confirm the exact time.The day of install, Eldon and his helper arrived on time, they took their time to make sure everything was perfect. And left my kitchen spotless.I highly recommend Renovare Marble and Stone, a great experience from start to finish!

When my wife and I began looking into stone counters we quickly became unhappy with the big box stores we visited. Their prices were high, service we mediocre but what turned us off was hidden fees that began to appear. When we were told about Renovare Marble and Granite we were hoping for better. We were not disappointed. From walk-in to installation we were thrilled with the quality of service and product. Prices were fair and inclusive. When shown the various options, we were given knowledgeable insight into each product to help up make an informed decision. We were amazed to see full slabs for purchase. Which allowed us to see the entirety of the product that potentially could installed and not the business card sizes in the other stores. When it came to installation the men were courteous of our home, professional in conduct and answered any and all our questions. We were also surprised how quick the installation took. Renovare Marble and Granite didn't end their customer service there. After the install we were contacted to couple times. Once to inspect their installation and a couple days later to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We were also ensured we could call with any concerns and/or questions that may rise. I would use them again and have already begun recommending Renovare Marble and Granite to everyone I come in contact with. We are very happy customers. Thanks Renovare!
