The dr sawar is such a careing,and takes the time to listen to you not rush u . If you can get into this Dr you won't be disappointed.

Front desk staff is an absolute nightmare. Long hold times, disconnected calls, misinformation given. Very disappointed as Dr Sarwar is a kind, thorough Dr. Would not recommend and will definitely be transferring to a new family Dr.

Dr Johanna Wong is lovely! I enjoy speaking to her every time I come in for an appointment, she is very nice and has a calm demeanour. I’ve seen two other physicians here due to the fact that Johanna wasn’t available and I didn’t have a good experience with them. One was 30 minutes to come see me and I was on a time crunch so I had to leave, the other was very pushy and seemed irritated to have to deal with me. I keep coming back only for Dr.Wong and if for whatever reason she moves her practice elsewhere at some point, I would follow her. I would recommend her to anyone!

I loved Dr. Wong when she still practiced here and I love Dr. Sarwar. Both are wonderful people and make you feel validated. Definitely 5 stars.Went to see Dr. Quan today (Sunday) to get a prescription refill thinking she could fill it as Dr. Sarwar was booked up for a week and just look at my records. How very wrong I was. I had the first appointment of the day (9 am) and she didn't show up to the clinic until close to 9:40. She was very rude and went away for another 10 minutes after saying what I needed. She cones back talking very fast and then hands me a prescription for only one of my requests. I said I needed the other one and she said that I just refilled it August 12th and had a 90 day supply. If she had looked more carefully, she would have seen I take 1.5 pills twice daily, which is only a 30 day supply. As I was trying to explain that to her, she walks away into the next patient's room and slams the door.I will NEVER go back to the clinic if I have an emergency and need to see Dr. Quan. I'll take my chances elsewhere. I'll only be seeing Dr. Sarwar from now on. Lesson learned.

Dr. Sarwar is a great physician, she makes sure that all is covered during a consultation with her. She is very thorough and overall a great physician. However, the front desk staff is where this place lacks, I have just recently spoken to someone at the front desk over the phone and they had the worst attitude to begin with, and sounding so impatient, rude, and annoyed. As I have read through the reviews, I see that this is an ongoing issue. I would love to keep coming back here to see Dr. Sarwar but not when I’m greeted by people who lack professionalism.

Have been going here for quite some time and have always had troubles getting through on the phones which can take 5-10 times calling at various times in order for it the phone to even be answered. Dr. Quan has made me wait previously for up to half an hour for one of my scheduled appointments but the last time I had gone was the absolute worst.I had scheduled my appointment initially for Saturday, October 30th and called on Thursday to reschedule for Friday, November 5th at one. I had to call throughout the day to even reach someone on the other end but eventually did and was rescheduled. When I show up on Friday I tell them I have an appointment with Dr. Quan at one to which the receptionist says Dr. Quan is on indefinite leave and we called everyone to let them know their appointments were cancelled. This is clearly not the case as I would not have showed up to waste my own time. I then ask if I can see another doctor to which she says THERE ARE NO DOCTORS IN TODAY. If you are running an open doctors office there should be a doctor on staff and if there is not other arrangements should be made. I was leaving the country the following day and had no choice but to go without filled prescriptions and untreated as a result.Do not waste your time here

NOT A WALK IN CLINIC. Turned me away at because they said do not have a walk in doctor. This is false advertising.

Dr. Sarwar and the staff there have always been very helpful, attentive, and understanding. They put my health and the patient first. I am very happy to have found a very caring and knowledgeable family doctor.

Let me start of by saying that the physician I deal with on behalf of my partner is Dr. Sarwar, a very caring kind doctor who I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately, the front end staff needs alot of work. They tend to be condescending and talk over you when you are trying to explain circumstances. People do not call for pleasure, this is a medical clinic and tone and tenor are very important. They have neither. I would highly suggest replacement of this front end staff as they represent the clinic in a very incompetent way. Not only do they talk over you, they are also impatient. My partner has very complicated medical history and I have spoken to Dr. Sarwar with regards to this front end staff issue. I have recommended other people to Dr Sarwar, and they are all very pleased with her but have also mentioned front end staff issues. That is your whole problem at this clinic. Period.

Dr Fausia Sarwar is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She has been looking after my mom for the past year and we couldn’t be happier.Thank you Dr Sarwar!!The staff at the clinic are very nice and helpful too
