When we purchased our first home, we decided to completely remodel the top floor into an open concept living space. Taylor and Brandon were able to come to our home and do a walk through quickly after we contacted them. They were able to work within our budget and gave us a breakdown of some extras we discussed.The project got started at the beginning of March 2020. About half way into the project concerns with COVID-19 started to cause problems. Taylor and Brandon communicated openly and worked hard to complete the project under difficult circumstances. Although I know Taylor had wanted to do a big reveal, they were able to make the space functional for us while COVID-19 caused unavoidable delays. In the end, the project was still completed in the time window they had predicted and on budget.The space they created and designed is more than I could have imagined. Our living space has gone from what felt like a closed in and dark space to an open space full of light and comfort. We love our remodel more than we can say.Working with Taylor and Brandon was simply a pleasure - they delivered an amazing remodel under very trying and unique circumstances. I cannot recommend them enough and we can’t wait to have them back for future remodels.

Love Sims Home is amazing! This is the second time we’ve used them for a home renovation project, and this time it was a full house remodel. We could not be happier with the service and results of our recent renovation. To start, Taylor and Brandon took the time to do an assessment of our place and included their recommendations for materials and a few things that we hadn't thought of. The actual renovation process was so smooth - they communicated well, and always had our budget in mind when making decisions. Multiple options were sent in all details of the renovation, but they always offered their expert opinions. Their contractors were clean and professional and always on time. The finished product looks like something out of a magazine. The transformation is astonishing, and it is so nice to put our feet up and enjoy the finished product.
