Friendly service getting an eye exam with this business. My son had his first checkup and had a lot of fun. The optometrist was great at helping him understand what he needed to do during the whole exam.

I always get great customer service at Performance Vision eye care. I recently ordered a set of contact lenses, and then decided I wanted a different prescription. The optometrist saw me again and they allowed me to order different lenses - all free of charge.Super friendly staff

Welcoming and wonderful staff and service. It was my first eye exam… the doctor provided all the necessary tests while being considerate enough to explain the meaning of the steps in determining my prescription. They’re a great help at this place, I highly recommend it.

The best staff and service! The optometrists are knowledgeable and the man at the front desk is so helpful. He was really patient with me as I tried on probably every frame in the store before I decided on my perfect pair. They really care about their customers and aim to make their glasses and contacts as affordable as possible.

Dr Yip was great. Arranged to get reports from my previous optometrists to help him understand my somewhat unusual optometry needs, then explained that I needed cataract surgery before he could prescribe new glasses (at no cost for the second exam). Surgeon's office was in touch within days, surgeries just weeks after; new glasses prescribed last Monday.

Had a great experience with performance vision eye care. Travelled to BC from NS and developed a bad allergic reaction where my eyes were swollen, itchy and running. Went to this clinic where they quickly diagnosed and treated me for an allergy.

Great place to get an eye exam - the doctor is friendly and knowledgeable.Not a very good place to get prescription lenses for your glasses though. Picked up mine today - somehow I got the glasses that my grandma would be embarrassed to wear.Turns out you pay 250$ for 5 millimetre thick lenses (mind you, no frame included - I brought my own, and my vision is not that bad). When I said that I was not happy with what I got, the lady told that that’s because I said I did not want to pay extra, and I only wanted to use my benefits.Understandable, but I wish I knew that I would get the cheapest thickest lenses before wasting all my benefits and my favourite glass frame on something I would never wear. And now I have to wait another 2 years to be able to use my vision benefits.
