Was on ebay and i came across a listing and it was for a pair of 2001 Royal 1s. I called the store and spoke to Ryan he was so great. I wanted extra pics because it was a old shoe and he sent very detail pics right away. I needed these quick for a gift and i chose to buy from them directly. Was nervous because im in California but i gave it a shot and im glad i did. Got the shoes so fast! With no issues definitely a trusted place! Hope to do business again! Thanks!

Stay fresh has great customer service. I went to get a pair of Yeezy’s from them but they didn’t have my size in store. I was told they would arrive the next day however that was deemed false as that day was a holiday. Therefore the shoes would only arrive on Monday. However I was leaving the country on the Saturday. Stay Fresh accommodated and offered to ship the shoes to me where I am staying and what I initially thought would take 1-2 weeks actually only took a day or two. Thanks guys for the awesome customer service!

The staff are so knowledgeable! They answered all my questions patiently and were not being pushy at all. I once stayed in the store for an hour just chatting with them and I can tell they are genuine people! They are also animal lovers, so if you are shopping with your dogs and cats, I would trust them to keep them entertained while I shop.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating, and every time I need to buy some rare sneakers the first place I will think of is StayFresh. Not only do they have a ton of choices for sneakers, if they don't have something in stock they WILL go above and beyond to find it for you elsewhere. When you get the service that go the extra mile, you feel good about paying a little extra for it.
