Why no refunds? Expensive products and no one is going to try to return USED ADULT DIAPERS! VERY CRUEL CONDUCT TO PEOPLE ALREADY SUFFERING AND HAVE TO SPEND MORE CASH FOR LOTS OF NEEDS.

I wanted to buy slippers here for my mom who was in hospital. I was unsure of what size to get due to the edema in her feet and legs and instead of trying to help me, I was told that they had a no return policy. So I guess if the $60. slippers don't fit you're stuck with them. They won't be getting our business for her lift chair either. Very unaccomodating!

If there were more than 5 stars, I'd give Sage and all the crew, that rating. This spring, my Mom had need of Sage's services and equipment and I spent more time at Sage than Cliffy and Norm spent at Cheers. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for the level and quality of service I received both visiting on my own and with my Mom. Along with several smaller items, we made a larger purchase-an excellent walker-and the patience and product knowledge we received, was second to none.I believe I dealt with 5 different staffers, and every single one was professional, accommodating and charming. Going the extra mile seems to be the norm and I thank you so much for everything.I would recommend this excellent resource pool to anyone.
