So you'd think the Tourist Office is the one place that could get the opening times right of the washrooms in their own building. No they can't. I painfully took the many stairs down to the water level only to find the access locked at 8.30pm! Victoria hotels are full. Hundreds of tourists walking around on an August evening but too much trouble to keep the washrooms open to the advertised time?
