Excellent service, kind and patient staff, efficient exams, consultations and procedure. Dr. Hakim was considerate and thorough in explaining my condition and addressing any concerns. Quick recovery time. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to be free from corrective lenses.

I was super impressed every step of the way. The staff were friendly, informative, and patient with me. They spoke highly of the surgeon. That was just the consultation day. On the day of the surgery, everything was as expected: thorough, attentive, careful. I felt cared for, and supported. They told me what to expect, and my experience matched exactly.On top of the great client experience, I was thrilled with the results: less than 24 hours later I had no prescription! I'm still getting used to seeing without wearing my glasses :) worth it. If you're on the fence, just do it!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at LASIK in Kitchener from consultation to post-surgery. The team is so knowledgeable, warm, and comforting throughout the process. Kevin answered my million questions with confidence and patience. Dr. Hakim has an excellent reputation and was very soothing during the surgery. My results have been really positive; I am 2-days post surgery (previously approx -7 with minor astigmatism and irregular shaped eyes) and I can see perfectly right now. I cannot thank them enough for this life-changing experience!

Dr. Hakim and his staff were wonderful! I was very nervous before the surgery but they made it so much easier by explaining the procedure and risks meticulously. Had a consultation January/2023, I was given 2 options for Lasik surgery, I was told I was not eligible for the lens replacement that I have to be 60 years old.I decided on the Advanced Custom Lasik surgery priced at $3690 when I arrived March 2 for my surgery at 2pm I was informed that I had to now pay $4090 (All lasik) because the surgeon recommended this.I had my eyes scanned then rechecked before the eye surgery, I went into the OR & Dr. Hakim explained that I was a better candidate for lens replacement due to my vision & that the Lasik surgery would make my close up vision worse. I said to the Dr. That I was told by another Dr. I was not a canidate for lens replacement.I was asked to have a seat in the waiting area and another Dr. Would talk to me.A female Dr. Took me into her office and said there are protocols and she wouldn't recommend the lens replacement or the Lasik procedure at this time. She said I had a heated disccussion" with Dr. HAKIM about telling me I qualified for lens replacement.Not sure why I received two different opinions on what procedure I should receive or not receive but there seems to be discrepancy in this clinic.I left the Clinic confused

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Every team member was super knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. I asked a lot of questions and never felt rushed or dismissed and everything was thoroughly explained. I had the utmost comfort going into surgery.My only regret is not doing this sooner! I have been considering Lasik for almost a decade and finally took the plunge. If you are like me, don’t delay any further, book your consult today! I am typing this only 26 hours after surgery and I have no discomfort and my vision is superior to 20/20!One word of advice: although every effort is made to make the procedure easy and stress free, I would suggest taking the anti-anxiety meds if offered / applicable. It was pretty relaxed overall but would probably have been even better with the meds.Thank you again Dr. Hakim and team! I’m so grateful!

I had the best experience with the LASIK MD team in Kitchener. From the beginning, I felt taken care of and confident with my understanding of the procedure. The team always answered all of my questions and made me feel safe. The Dr. That did my initial testing was very thorough, patient; and kind. Dr. Omar and the 2 other assistants he had in the surgery room went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Talking me through each step and taking good care of me. I am so happy I went through with this surgery and team!
