I had a wonderful experience here today! I came in to inquire about having them stitch my company logo onto a jacket I purchased at the Bay, and Victoria was more than helpful! She broke down" all the variables that would apply in accordance with providing a formidable "stitch"

Had a horrible experience at this Jersey City location. I bought a Flames jersey that was marked as $175 and told that promotion had ended and it was $250, when I said “ok but it’s still marked $175” I was told oh well it’s not this store’s fault. My friend was making small talk with the cashier and about how busy they must be since it’s the playoffs. The cashier made a comment along the lines of “well if people actually cared about the Flames they would already have jerseys” AS IM BUYING A JERSEY. I ended up buying the jersey, but I will never go back to a Jersey City again. Terrible customer service.

The two sales persons were super interested in carrying on their conversations and were so eager to get back to it they didn't take the security tag off my hat! Now I have to drive all the way back to the mall. This is a huge inconvenience and I'm never going there again.

I walked in to this crappy store twice within 15 minutes and I appear to be looking to buy and not one person approached me. Unbelievable, are they aware that people can buy the same stuff online cheaper? This would force me to have exceptional service as their print is a farce. If I was an owner and saw a 2.8 or whatever average on reviews things would change now, obviously they don't care so why should the shoppers

Called to ask about last minute blue jays name and number pressing, was told it would take an hour to finish. Asked if we could get it done at 745pm? (More than an hour before closing) absolutely not" laughs Alysa. Guess they don't want our business if it's near closing!"

I am so disappointed in this place, year after year I try and buy a. Blue Bombers hat from this place. And every year they say it’s not a popular sellable item. REALLY? I hear everyone from Manitoba complain about this issue here. I call BS, Get with the program, supply it They won the Grey Cup this year.... and you have no Grey Cup gear... IT WAS WON HERE... #boycottjerseycity

I purchased a brand new Flames hat at this location. The clerk was friendly, professional and ran my purchase through quickly. I saved 20% on my purchase with a premium membership. Lots of selection at this location.

A sales associate by the name of Victoria assistant me over the phone with a few questions I had about my team and I have to say she went above and beyond to help me.She was extremely pleased, helpful and her customer service was outstanding and one of the best that I had in a very long time.I strongly recommend her if you are looking for someone to assist you.She was very knowledgeable and a true pleasure.

Have shopped here for years, and it's slowly gotten worse, to the point I'd rather shop elsewhere.They were good about the return that I had to make, and the staff were quite friendly. They had lots of stock of hats, and NFL/NHL gear.On the downside, they no longer do store transfers. With the limited selection for some items, this used to be a huge benefit of shopping with them. Really does you no good if no one in town has what you're looking for, and their website doesn't do ship to store or free shipping either.Lastly, they had boxing day promos still on through the weekend which is great, including a deal on hats. The problem is, you could clearly see that they had stickered hats with a higher price. They won't price match competitors either, so honestly, take your business elsewhere until they price competitively.
