Banded Peak Canine Centre

We left Mija here over Christmas break on a recommendation and went in EXTREMELY nervous. Kerrie immediately put our mind at ease by patiently answering every single one of our (never-ending) questions. We toured multiple boarding kennels in the Calgary area and considered a Rover but went with Banded Peak after seeing how day-and-night they are with their dogs and cats in care. We were able to tour the kennel WITH our dog which allowed her to get used to the sounds and smells before-hand. Kerrie attentively sent us updates and photos throughout our trip (which allowed us to actually relax on our vacation) and went above and beyond for both us and our puppy. I cannot say enough good things. Mija came home tired and happy, not greasy, and not smelling like “dog”. We are confident leaving her in the future knowing she’s going to be safe and very well loved.

From the initial phone call, until the end of the appointment the girls at this place are awesome. Everything was on time and very very friendly. It was very hard for me to see my cat (Ricer) in this condition, My cat has always been healthy. He somehow got an assist on his chin and it burst from him scratching at it. The girls along with DR. Samson shaved him, cleaned out the infection, clipped his nails and give him an antibiotic shot. He is siamese cat so you best believe he was hollering like mad. But after it was all done. He was sound asleep and relaxed. At the end of our visit I couldn’t believe that one of the vet tech girls from the front desk help carry him and the bag out to the suv. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I drove 50 minutes to get there and would do it again. It was 100% worth the drive. The honestly and cost were beyond great. I now have a vet clinic i will be going to in the future with my fur babies. Thanks to all the girls at Banded Peak Canine Centre ❤️
