Heat Pump InstallThe two young fellows who own the business and do the install, arrived not only on time but a few minutes early. They promptly got to work and did a very clean install. I could not be happier with their work and with the unit installed, an Innova Heat Pump. From the second it was turned on I could feel the room cooling. Granted it was a bit chilly this morning so I turned on the heat mode and I could immediately feel it warming. Awesome job guys and I highly reccomend them

We recently got the Innova 2.0 AC/heat pump installed in our townhouse and it's been working great! Curtis and Mitch did a fantastic job! They were here on time, did a clean and efficient install, and gave us proper instructions. They also did a post-install check in to make sure it was working great which is something rare to see.Highly recommended!

Curtis and Mitchel were fantastic to work with. We had two Innova heat pumps installed in our townhouse—a horizontal model and a vertical unit. Curtis and Mitchel were quick and responsive, and provided everything we needed to get our Strata Council approval. The guys were very communicative and were able to schedule us in as soon as they received the units. Their workmanship was excellent and they were very personable.The Innova units are fantastic and have kept the house cool on warmer days—we’re waiting for the next BC heat wave to really test them out, but I have no doubt they’ll do the job. The Innova all-in-ones are a great alternative to mini-split heat pumps, as the installation is less involved, e.g., less holes cut in building envelope, no need to wire a 240V panel connection, and there is no outside condenser required. The units are very quiet, even on the highest fan speed (note that the vertical unit has a slightly higher decibel rating than the horizontal unit)—far superior than even the most expensive portable A/C units. They can also be more flexible/expandable than mini-split units as you can add as many Innova heat pumps as you need in the future, as opposed to having to plan out multiple head units for a mini-split at the time of installation. Would definitely recommend the Innova heat pumps for anyone living in a Strata complex, and I would certainly recommend Curtis and Mitchel at Alder for the installation.
