My cousin and I rented a Uhaul from this facility today to take to a different location and the lady working there named Cathryn was so helpful. We asked her so many questions as this is our first time renting and she answered each one. Highly recommend this uhaul!

Worse storage place ever, If I could give zero stars I would. All of my items were damaged by an animal that came in through the top of their storage!! Then had the audacity to tell me that they will not do anything about it because we did not have insurance?? How is that our issue and insurance payment that an animal destroyed our items from them not having proper preventatives from animals crawling in. Once we left they also charged us a $75 cleaning fee for urine in storage unit! The urine from the animal that got into the unit. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE EVER!

I just started renting my unit here and was highly satisfied with the service. The staff I spoke to over the phone and dealt with at the facility (Jenna) was very friendly and helpful. This is my first time renting a storage unit and was very pleased with the overall service and location.

It was absolutely the most amazing experience I've had with a storage place she was extremely helpful answer the phone right away and got a set up with a unit that same day. She has everything available from U-Hauls to car haulers to units to storage for your vehicles and boats it's amazing service and great Hospitality I would recommend her to anybody and anyone so please come in and give her your business she's an amazing lady and you won't regret it.

This place is staffed with the most understanding and caring people. They will try and work with you just communicate! I almost lost my unit until Jeremy @ Solo put in the work and got me to the right place to prevent auction. I was sent to Jenna @ Port huron self storage, she was caring, happy and just put together (even though I was in a panic). Most of all these companies cared enough and felt my situation like a actual person! Not just a unit number! They really care and go the extra mile when you are trying.(Just communicate!)Thank you I'll always remember this, truly above and beyond for their customers.❤

I have been with Solo storage a couple years and usually conduct my business with Sandy at the Dove road facility. She is always very professional and very sweet.I recently had the opportunity to meet Jenay at the facility on Yeager St. and to say that she went above and beyond for me is an understatement. Both of these ladies helped me through a very stressful situation and were just so understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend to use their facilities for any of your storage needs.On a side noteThese 2 ladies will always have a special place in my heart for their compassion and understanding through a difficult time for me. ❤️

Port Huron Self Storage
I have had a storage unit there for around 2 years now and am very happy with the staff and unit. Jenna and staff always do a great job and any emails are always returned within the same day(usually hours). I have no security issues. They have cameras and it's gated. I was originally only going to stay for a few months. I can't think of anything negative.
