I wish I could give this joke of a place 0 stars. The worst customer service ever. We ordered a shower head back in January and the manager told us 4-6 weeks so anyway now its been 4 months!! We called after the first 6 weeks and they forget to order it! So then we waited another 6 weeks and it still wasn't in. We called about twice a week after that asking where it was and they kept saying they didn't know and that they would have to call the company that makes the shower head and that they would call us back (which they never did because of course). So every week after that we kept calling them and they kept forgetting to call the company. It was the same lame excuse everytime we called. I got so fed up with this store I called them for the product number of the shower head we ordered from them for $550 and I searched it on amazon and bought it for $340 and it came in 5 days!! My advice is to avoid this store at all costs and find a better bath and kitchen store with better customer service. Or just buy it on amazon and save a couple hundred bucks.

Terrible service. Lots of sales reps on the floor, husband/boyfriend playing video games at desk. difficult to get anyone out of their chairs. no help bringing products out to car. NO RETURNS!

Great staff, they were attentive and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions, felt very confident with my bathroom renovations.

My wife and I recently renovated our home. We purchased quite a few items from Kitchen & Bath Classics. Cal was great in giving advice and helping us avoid mistakes. Quality products and service.

Went into store looking for new taps for kitchen and bathroom. Walked around store twice and although i saw several women at desks, not a single person even acknowledged my existence let alone come to help me.

Atrocious service!! Don't waste your time.
