Hello .... I have to say that Boris came across to me as a very arrogant person .. Not what I like in a person , as for the pianos .. he does have a lot of pianos , but very over priced ,,, you can find same pianos for a fraction of the price elsewhere ....

Guy was very rude on the phone. My Dad passed away and left a piano. I called to inquire about selling it and, due to the brand of the piano, he said it was a “waste of time”. Very rude and disrespectful.
