I was extremely disappointed to see the majority of the classes being offered here are hot yoga. There were so many hot yoga places in Edmonton downtown already, and I was really hoping this new one would bring more regular yoga practice but look at the schedule…sighI might still go to the class that’s not 38 degree, but really hope the owner would take some feedback and open up more regular yoga class for beginners. Hot yoga is just over demand now at Edmonton downtown.

The space is clean, bright, roomy, and with comforting amenities such as a water refill station, mat cleaning area, changerooms, and wipes and q-tips in washroom area (which is clean and beautiful). The moon yoga room is spacious and calming. The instructor lead us through a great hand and foot warm-up which was greatly appreciated for the following vinyasa flow. Signing up and checking in was super easy. Such a great way to spend an hour! Thank you :)
