Gulian was so great to work with that we miss having him around now that our project is complete. Core Builders respected our home and left a clean job site at the end of each day. Gulian is so even keeled. We were never made to feel that any of our new ideas, added scope or change in direction were ever a problem. Gulian offered suggestions on where to spend and where to save for best value. He was excellent at communicating where we were at and what was next. We were never left guessing. I had strong opinions and ideas about my project. Having now worked with Core Builders, I know that they could lead my project from concept through to design and completion flawlessly. We are so pleased with the results and quality of our project. I would highly recommend Core Builders. If I ever have another Reno I will choose Core Builders!

Core Builders installed a new kitchen and bathroom in our home and did excellent work. There was terrific communication about the job, we were always well informed and there were no surprises or additional billing, common to other firms. The work was done quickly, the job site was always clean and there was little disruption in our home, considering the work. I highly recommend Core Builders.

Gulian did a great job on a very small kitchen, that most contractors weren't willing to take on due to it being such a small job. His work was top quality and ensured I knew what was happening at all times. His attention to detail was fantastic and I already planning to see if I can hire him again for another reno! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the London ON area and you won't be disappointed!
