I came upon The Vanity Store as I was looking for a wall mount vanity for a bathroom that we are re-modelling. I ordered a sample to check the colour and received it within days! I loved the colour and then placed the order and it was delivered a week later, we live in Ontario it comes from Winnipeg.The customer service is wonderful and can't wait for my vanity to be installed! I would recommend this company to everyone.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had. I always look at reviews before I buy anything and I noticed The Vanity store had all 5 star reviews.One of the vanities I ordered looked a little different than it had online. But it was months past the return time frame. The employees at the Vanity store immediately came up with ideas to make me happy. They were always so polite and always answered my questions right away. If only every company could be this good.Highly recommend.

Received our vanity, Sidney 60”. They leave shipment on skid in your driveway, and very heavy to bring in yourself. You will need two or three strong men to carry it in. The sinks and counter top come in the box and not attached, so you will have to install everything yourself. One of our two sinks were very badly cracked, but company sent me replacement within the week. Vanity is very unique and modern. I got the plain white quartz countertop, which is a little boring, but l read reviews of the white with veining looking like scribbles, so wish they had a few more options on ordering for countertops. Wish they also had a service were delivery can be included where they bring in your vanity inside your house. But l guess that would be more money. I will update this review and with pic, once l have installed everything. Recommend this product so far.

Perfect experience! I asked a lot of questions to their chat or email prior to buying. Ended up buying the Austin 60 inch wall-mount without the counter top.My contractor who renovates a lot of bathrooms was very impressed by the quality of the product and said it was really well made as well as beautiful.It ships in a few weeks in a box and already assembled.It's a worry-free and stunning option for a vanity. I love every inch of it.

Disappointed in workmanship and customer service. While the overall quality and finish of the vanity was to our expectations, the bottom drawer face was mounted unevenly. The drawer would not close as there was 1/4 inch difference from one side to the other. When we contacted the manufacturer we were instructed to fix it ourselves. We regret settling on this vanity over the Stonewood vanity we loved. I do not recommend this product unless you are willing to repair manufacturers shoddy workmanship.

I stumbled upon The Vanity Store after months of searching for the perfect vanity. I knew what I wanted but it was either too expensive, not the right look or it did not come with the counter. The Vanity Store included everything I was looking for. I am obsessed with the vanity because it was exactly what I wanted for my bathroom. Customer service is excellent too. They are responsive. The only small down side is that they take 8 to 12 weeks to deliver BUT if you are not in a rush like my husband and I, its worth buying from here.

We have received but not yet installed our two vanities, but we could not be happier with The Vanity Store. Their online chat option is always responded to almost immediately, and with genuinely helpful and individual responses, not just automated or pat answers. People will research and get back to you with additional photos or specific information. Once ordered, our vanities came quickly, and they are JUST BEAUTIFUL in quality and appearance. The tops are gorgeous. We made an error in our order, and they were so quick to respond and remedy the situation even though it was entirely our fault. I have already recommended The Vanity Store to everyone I know, and I cannot wait until they are installed. Thank you to everyone at The Vanity Store - we're so glad we found you and didn't have to break the bank OR buy something cheap that we regretted later.
