I recently purchased a VW Tiguan and had the best experience from the entire team. Jake who was the sales associate went above and beyond to answer all my questions and go out of his way to ensure my experience was great. From getting in to speak to their financial advisor on short notice, all the way to grabbing me a cute VW coffee mug . We recently purchased a second hand VW. It was our first experience at Crosby and Jake M assisted with the sale and purchase of our Golf. We also interacted with Rachel, the Service Manager, who was excellent. Both Jake and Rachel were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Jake answered all of our questions with the greatest detail. Rachel was very diligent and went above and beyond in addressing our concerns. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Crosby VW for either the purchase or the service of a vehicle

The Crosby Volkswagen made my week a lot better! Someone smashed my car window to get to some nonvaluable things in my car. I brought it in early Monday and they had the window ordered and put in by Tuesday at noon, which I thought was great considering I had no appointment. They said it might take time, and I wasn't sure how long the protocol is for changing a window. They took their time and DETAILED the inside of my car for FREE! With a lovely note about how they hoped it made me smile. Thank you, thank you :)

Wow! The service team at Crosby is fantastic! Not only are they super accommodating, they helped with getting an out of warranty repair covered on my favourite Beetle and also surprised me with one year of roadside assistance. They are THE BEST!!!
