Dr Austen & his team are great. I feel like I'm in good hands.

In regards to the secretary who has just taken the position (i would hope Dr. Jammec did not condone this). I haven't had the chance to see Dr. Jammec yet. I forgot about my first appointment and missed it, rescheduled. Cancelled 2 following well ahead of time due to circumstances beyond my control. When i tried to reschedule i was left a very rude and judgmental message stating since i have missed yet again, and why don't I get another referral and come in when I'm ready!? I'm in pain, and ready! and have already gone through the lengthy process of doctor, neurologist then referral! I've since tried to call back and left a message pleading to reschedule and to please not make me go through the whole process again with no response....I am going to try to get in touch with the Dr. or management somehow to complain and hope to get in for my consultation

The clinic has a wonderful open-plan design, and very skilled doctors.

Quick and easy. They were super helpful and relatively friendly considering the current pandemic. Still waiting 2.5 weeks later to get an ultrasound. Great job and thank you!

My wait period, I'm being told is a minimum of 6 months to 12 months, because my referring dr doesn't want to write urgent" on my referral. My body is rejecting a metal implant on arm

I received brilliant emergency surgery and superb follow-up and rehab. Without them, I would not have a functioning thumb on my right hand.Without an opposable thumb, your hand is pretty useless.Many thanks to the Toronto Western Hand Clinic.I'm very grateful.

First time visiting this clinic and hospital very nice and friendly staff :) plus they have a great doctor at this clinic now. Dr Jemec is a fantastic doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.
