Unreliable company

Have been here about 2 months and have really enjoyed my time working with these great people. I'm learning more and more about the industry everyday and what it has to offer.

SCAM!!! This company also represents themselves as Summit Energy and MyRate and have put us on a contract we did not agree to. Now i am paying higher rates than i did before and higher than the going rate today. I have been trying to get them off my hydro bill since January and they will not remove themselves. They scammed us into signing Under false pretences to hold price only until we could review details and then said we signed the contract. we sent an email stating we did not want their services immediately and to remove themselves from our hydro account but they would not. we are now seven months in and find out the person we were talking to doesn't have authority to do anything with our contract. Here we go again with a new person!
