Stopped in off the highway for a coffee break. Bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere. Toilet had urine all over the seat. No soap to wash my hands. Told customer service that the washroom needed attention and she giggled and shrugged it off. Garbages in the lobby were over flowing. Very disappointing.

Please be patient. The Z gen aren't made for retail. Toilet were not that clean neither then the restaurant. I got to Comand them on their ability to adapt to the shortage of food in the restaurant.

Service is decently fast and the food is alright most of the time, however it qualifies better as fast food than it does as a cafe

We are from Ontario and speak English, Rose Marie served me and my family. She spoke good English and served as promptly and efficiently. She offered us our receipt even after we sat down. She even offered us plates and delivered our order to the table. She made us feel welcome. Rose Marie deserves a raise! Felt like we were at Starbucks.

Not the easiest Timmy's to access but anyway there was loads of parking. We ordered separately and both orders took longer than expected. It was very busy and the service was not as fast as expected so there was a queue built up after ordering. The team was doing its best but understaffed for the volume of customers.

Hayden Moffet is my favorite supervisor! But, I think he would be more qualified to work at a Metro (st-nicolas). He deserves better than Tim Hortons! >:(

This was extra butter and was dry. Urgh. The coffee was wrong and the tea Luke warm, which is just wrong. Social distancing doesn't exist here either.

Some vegetarian options. However, I asked for a Vegetarian (harvest) breakfast sandwich, after ordering and waiting over 7 min (and paid!), I was told that they do not offer the vegetarian patty after 11:00 AM...Slow and imprecise service

My order took so long. I waited for 15 minutes for a simple order. The cashier was confused, the employees too. They were just walking around. I am utterly sorry but I’ve never been to a Tim Hortons with such a bad service.
