Bruyere Continuing Care
The caregivers are amazing, however the administrative staff are appalling! Never answer the phone can't see my Mom when I make appointments to see her 50% of my visits with my Mom have been screwed up and they don't bring her out for her visits!! There is one girl in particular who is at the front desk not at 75 Bruyere the other entrance she sits on the left hand side when you walk in she has very long braids, she goes out of her way to make things difficult!

They are caring for My husband right now. His health is such that I am unable to care for him at home. There are a few things that aren't perfect, but they are trying really hard considering the Coronavirus. They are very pleasant and helpful getting and giving Me information to get long term care living for My husband.

If you are looking for a safe and kind/caring place for your loved ones final days this is a fantastic outlet. Please consider a contribution if you can afford anything. This government facility should make you be proud to be Canadian and have such amazing health care programs. The doctors and staff have my upmost respect. Words cannot describe my gratitude, Much luv.

Understaffed, poorly managed. Worked here for 8 years. Opened my eyes to the real world and what a toxic environment looks like. Some nurses are amazing. Some staff are amazing.. however overall the nurses care more about their income than the patient outcome. And management will do the bare minimum to let life pass them buy as they sit in their cushy jobs not addressing issues within the hospital. Enough individuals in this place live lives of quiet desperation. The marketing is good though considering they create a super false image of what Bruyere is.The money is good here. That's it.
