I am super upset over the quality of work that was done here. I brought my puppy here back in August, and it was for his first grooming session. I was nervous and so was he. After dropping my puppy there, I received a phone call two hours later. They said that they have to cut more of my puppies hair off because of matting. We did not agree to this prior to the appointment. For a first time pet owner, I didn't have much knowledge as to what that meant. I asked if his hair will grow back and they said yes, that it should grow back in a month. So I had agreed. I was shocked to see what had happened to my puppy once I went to go pick him up. He was shaved down completely. Never going back and still quite disappointed. It has been two months and his hair has still not grown back completely.

I love this place,my dog does not seem to beAggravated or stressed when leaving I would recommend going here for dog grooming he was cute b4 now he's just looks awesome BTW he's a long haired chihuahua

Our family is extremely happy with the quality of service our kitties received here. We have definitely found our regular groomer!

Don’t take your pet here. I took my 4 month old puppy here for a deshedding treatment and a nail trimming. When picking her up, it took them 5 minutes to even find her leash (there was only 2 dogs there). The owner told me that my dog was too hyper (she’s a puppy lol) and nail trimming was a nightmare. She said that we had not been doing any training with her. As a first time dog owner, I have been doing absolutely everything I can to help with training but am not perfect. I should also mention that she had been to another groomer before, and had no issues with nail trimming. Upon getting her home, I noticed that she had blood on her front right paw. Not near her nail, but on top of her paw. She was visibly shaken up and would not let me anywhere near her paws. She usually has no problem with me touching this area. My husband called the groomer to see what happened and was told that he was extremely rude, he was sworn at and hung up on. They called my cell phone back and my mom answered as I was showering. They said my husband was extremely rude (he wasn’t, he was sitting right next to me), and that I need to bring her back for them to see. My mom told her that we not be bringing her back as she is obviously traumatized and there was nothing to rectify as nothing was visibily wrong with the her nail. The next day, I noticed she was having issues walking. After a vet visit, I was told she had a minor injury to her front right leg. She had done nothing to her leg from what I had seen, so I assume this was from them being too rough with her. I should also note that it was evident they didn’t even cut all her nails as there was 5-6 that were still way too long, but I was still charged the full amount. I am extremely upset that I left my pup with them at all. A complaint has been filed with the Humane Society.

One of my dogs was groomed fantastically! Thank you! So soft, excellent de shedding! My other dog was also super soft but.. I was very specific about only shaving her chin. Sadly, she came home with a lot of hair trimmed that shouldn’t have been trimmed. I was very clear. Only the chin. Yes , it will grow back.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and atmosphere. The care taken for grooming my cat was exceptional. I will definitely bring my toy poodle for grooming and I do recommend Bark & feathers

Love this place I take both my cats here and there not the easiest cats to handle they always do a great job the owner is great!

God awful place that needs to be shut down immediately, my young pup was afraid when we took them here as it was his first time, they said not to worry and he’s in great hands. They gave him back to me CUT UP AND BLEEDING. More to that, they didn’t even inform me they mutilated my young puppy. We found out once he got home and there was blood all over the sofa. Once we complained these “professionals” blamed the young puppy. Absolutely disgusting place. I don’t know how you harm a young pup and feel no remorse, hope this garbage of a business mysteriously burns to the ground.

Have never had an issue and my dog can be a little anxious at times, so at first I was a little worried about how he would do, but he always comes out looking good and does not appear traumatized in any way afterwards or on realizing he is going back for another haircut. If there is something done I haven't been overly enthused about, it was able to be corrected right away without any attitude or issue. They do a very good job for us and our fur ball.

My elderly heeler and I have been going once or twice a year since they opened. We've always been treated great, and she comes home clean, soft and smelling great. Lately she's been having some weakness in her back end and Ange takes extra time to make sure she gets breaks and is comfortable. Never going anywhere else.
