Was quoted and told I would only be paying for a day “I needed it for Sunday Monday and they would have been closed” they were “unable” to remove the added insurance for the trailer rental as well.When I returned the trailer, the next day I noticed I had a new email from them with a new bill total for 3 days as they charged me for having to pick up the trailer early because they were closed.Would not recommend using their services as I’m not the only person I know who’s had issues with them, including getting called the day before and not having the reserved equipment ready.
