Fontana Ponds & Water Features

Diego and Dan did an incredible job converting our decommissioned swimming pool into a beautifully landscaped garden waterfall. Their ability to create a 4 level waterfall including a spillway bowl from what was once a flat area is amazing. With efficient LED lighting up the basalt rock at night, it transforms our backyard. We highly recommend Fontana Ponds and found the complete experience very enjoyable from start to finish at a very reasonable cost.

Amazing work by Diego, Dan, and Dave at Fontana Ponds and Water Features. They completely tore down and totally rebuilt our leaking Koi pond and waterfall. . We were having a difficult time finding anyone who wanted to take this project on, but Fontana Ponds stepped right up and got the work done on time and greatly exceeding my expectations. The work was performed with pride, attention to detail and care. We could not be happier. Highly recommended.

Fontana Water Features just installed 3 stacked slate spheres in our inner courtyard of our condominium building. They look fabulous! They transformed our aging pond and fountain into a self contained water feature with surrounding gardens. Diego and Dan are great to work with, professional, punctual and patient with all our questions. We highly recommend them.

Firstly I have to say I had no idea Diego and Dan and their crew could really pull off the task to which I had a vision for. Secondly for those who know me, know I am extremely picky, and very OCD when it comes to creating a vison and stunning look to any type of project I take on. Furthermore, it take a lot to impress me, Well I was more than impressed.Absolutely stunning I tell you Stunning!!! Fontana Water Features was recommended to us by another excellent landscaping company who also conducted work on our property. The next few months of planning and discussing my vision with Diego was the start. Diego was eager to start the project and when he arrived listened to my vision and what I wanted as well as my partner. He then suggested how he could build on my vision and create a water feature that would not only be in line with what we wanted, would also bring a very dramatic look to our front yard. Please see the attached picture and video and you will see just what I am talking about. Diego advised it would take some time to order all the parts and then they would be able to start. He presented us a quote and advised it would take all of about 3 or 4 days to complete. ( I thought to myself, right!! I have heard that before.) They showed up to start the project and to my surprise they were finished exactly with in the 4 days they stated! Again very impressed. Overall I can't express enough my gratitude and appreciation for the dedication these guys have in creating the most serene and stunning water features one could imagine. They are true artists in what they do. Check out the one they recently finished at the Cedar Rim Nursery on Glover Road in Langley, another jaw dropping impressive feature. In the end, Diego and Dan were great to work with. They are very professional, listen carefully to what the customer wants and is on time and within budget. I can not say enough regarding these guys. Simply put after working in customer service for the past 20 years it is refreshing to finally receive excellent service. If you are looking for a custom water feature which will exemplify your home and become a focal point of many visit with your friends and family, do your self the favor of giving Diego and Dan a call. Even if you are less picky than me you will be amazed, because I most certainly was.

Fontana is basically the platinum standard when it comes to water feature design and construction. They were honest and engaged the whole time we worked with them. Exactly 100% of the people that see our feature are blown away and love it. Its easy to throw a bunch of rocks and water down and call it a day. Its a totally different story to actually craft an experience - and that is what Fontana does. Their passion is contagious. Thank you guys for creating a very special place for us at our home!

We met Dan and Diego in 2021 when they designed and built a spectacular water feature for us in a very challenging location on our property. They began and completed their work in accordance with the schedule they gave us at the outset and they kept to their initial cost estimate. While those are critically important matters for any homeowner using the service of a contractor, what really set them apart was the wonderful design they created for us, including the associated lighting and plantings. We have them come by once every three months to check on our system and overall feature as it has matured which is a great service for us. Finally, let me say that Dan and Diego are just very nice people to deal with - they are personable, polite and respectful. Seeing them on a regular basis continues to be a great pleasure for us.

We had Fontana install a custom water feature in our back yard, early last year, and I wanted to do a followup review on the exceptional after installation service we have received, since.Diego has dropped by, on several occasions since the installation, just to check that all was as it should be and to insure we were happy with our new, back yard waterscape.We can not say enough about the exceptional workmanship, artistry really, that went into what has turned out to be the favourite space of our home. The waterscape created by Diego and the rest of the Fontana team, has transformed our outdoor living space into a year-round, backyard oasis. Multilevel waterfalls, over the almost 20 meters of Fontana sculpted natural rock waterscape, offers the sight and sound of a, found-in-the-forest, creek.We remain very satisfied with the design, installation, workmanship, and followup customer service shown us by Fontana Ponds & Water Features. It is my humble opinion, that the expertise and diligence practiced by this imaginative company, and their creative team, deserve a five star rating.
