Unfortunately this location on highway 25 and Darry has the worse service.The cashier was ok but there was another lady looks like manager very rude, while I asked for my change that cashier was short and this lady started arguing (today February 03 ) around afternoon .meanwhile I order a honey glazed donut that she warmed it in the microwave and tested very old .

I went the 1st time after the renovation thinking that it will be having something new, but was disappointed, the sandwich was so bad; the bread was very raw, the hush brown was very oily, no more going there

Being in the hospital needs to have longer hours of operation. Emergency is open all night. People need coffee or a bit to eat sometimes.

Poor and slow service after waiting 15 mins in drive thru got a wrong order. I asked for a coffee sleeve as well, and the woman was handing me the sleeve, but it was out of my reach for a minute until I called out to her??They gave us a cream cheese bagel and not our egg and cheese muffin sandwich.I went inside and explained the situation of what happened. And they gave me the egg and cheese sandwich… BUT IN A BAGEL.

Slow, mess up orders, coffee is horrific, they never have the food items they claim will always be on menu. But they keep adding more new items they never have available. Lol. Pay attention other coffee shops Tim's is hurting and failing.

I get my coffee and lunch often. Rafiq is probably the nicest person I’ve ever met. He knows me by name and knows my order before I even tell him. Employees like this give brands a good name!

I don't enjoy going to this location as I've seen the manager/ supervisor throw a fit at the employees on numerous occasions. It's very unprofessional and the lady needs some training on appropriate conduct, especially in front of other customers. I'm not sure how employees are putting up with that attitude but I certainly would not. I've stopped going here as a customer for that reason.

Piece of advice for the hot tea: if it's too hot, don't bother asking for a second cup unless you're willing to pay, just ask for a sleeve instead. They are really asking for 10c for an extra cup because the drink is too hot. Unreal.

tim hortons now have different taste ,like you can’t taste the flavour of double double before its like only water with milk even French vanilla the original aroma you smelled is different I noticed it few weeks ago water and milk is more than vanilla in ratio, I tried to buy in different branches but they are all the same in taste.☹️☹️
