The Best Beauty Boutique from all Shopper Drug Marts across GTA! Very pleasant customer experience with the Make Up Artist/ Associate ~ Besra!! She went above & beyond of her service. I came on Tue Jun 6 late afternoon and looked for a powder foundation as I forgot my whole make up bag that day & got a business event to catch that evening. It was like a last minute visit and I only got less than an hour to get changed and do my make up. Besra offered to do a make up for me after I told her my story. Besra was helping other customers while she did my makeup. I got lots of compliments from others that evening. Not only she is talented to do what she is doing good, but also she is a great sale associate to promote the products and the store. I did purchase what she recommended to make my look. Besra is very friendly and polite. Her positive attitude & personality made the whole client experience awesome! Besra is definitely a role model & a great asset to the company! a lot of one star reviews on here based on one bad experience, often trivial. I've been coming here for nearly 15 years and I've never had a bad experience yet. people need to stop racing to leave one star reviews when they're slightly inconvenienced.

I had such a lovely experience with this location today.All the staff in the beauty department are fantastic people! Super helpful, professional and wonderful positive women all around. Besra helped me sample and purchase one of my 2 perfumes I got and held all my items for me at the front while I continued to shop. This is the best experience ive had at a shoppers drugmart by far! I even got a free gift from spending over $120.

The pharmacy staff are top notch. I have been a customer for many years. They will take the time to answer any questions and offer advice if this is the first use of a prescription. They will also take the time to advise you of any interactions of other meds or vitamins.

Disgusting location. They don't even stock cloth bags (that you had to pay for) anymore, and instead try to make you pay $2.50 for a giant bag for a few small items. Good old Galen Weston at work again

Just received a call simply checking up on me to make sure I had no problems with my prescriptions. That is a wonderful thing to do! Maybe Farrah will remember me (I'm the guy who looks like Robin Williams!) and I think your store and pharmacy people are fantastic!

Honestly? I’d love to tell you to never shop here but that would me, gatekeeping the best kept secret! Throughout Covid, the team at this shoppers has supported us through so many things! Who knows almost every person’s name at their local drug store? I do! From support staff, cashiers, cosmetics - the customer service is superb. Ok, let’s talk about the pharmacy! Farrah and team are unparalleled. Going above and beyond consistently is their day-to-day approach. Last week, my daughter had a very unusual thing on her leg, post-vaccine. Of course, after doctor hours. Right up until almost 10pm, they were researching and collaborating to figure out next steps.Their recommendations were 100% in line with the doc (the next day). She ended up at emerg for a quick blood test and everything was fine in the end. These types of front line workers are to be acknowledged for their commitment to their community!
