I have acute neck and shoulder pain. Due to my sitting job and I am unable to move through day. I visited Navjot Kaur for physio and she helped me with my pain. She absolutely have magic hands and really can identify which muscle is causing it and she treats so well. God bless her.

Great Results. I was suffering with cervical problem from last 3 years and it was really causing a lot of trouble for me such as neck pain, shoulder pain and muscle knotts in my upper back. And I tried several treatments and none of them gave me a permanent solutions. However, since I started going to Aster physiotherapy and I met physio Navjot, I am feeling a significant improvement in my neck muscles and gave me a relief from my pain. Now, I can do my daily routine activities without any problem. I would highly recommend Aster physiotherapy for a better health. Thank you Aster Physiotherapy and physio Navjot.

Great group of individuals who are knowledgeable about treatment!! Navjot Kaur and Arunjit are easygoing, approachable, and very hard-working. Navjot Kaur is optimistic and has a great attitude, and personality, providing thorough and appreciative care in a very professional manner. Also, she knows a variety of treatment options and skills in using them. I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

I've been going for just over a week to visit Navjot to help with lower back pain. She has been excellent at focusing on the pain reduction first and now moving towards prevention. I will update my review in a few weeks.

Finally, I started getting relief from my long ongoing back pain. They are really good at listening, understanding the problem and helping with treatment. Staff is really helpful. Both Arun and Navjot are very well qualified and expert in their field. Strongly recommend to visit if you want good and effective treatment of your problem.
