Clean, bright and well-maintained facility with the best self-storage rates in the area. The guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The only negative is that you can access your unit only between 8am and 8pm.

Tremendous staff, very handsome, reasonable rates, facility is a bit of a maze but what storage spot isn’t? & I like a challenge so there ya go. Carts & dollie’s readily available which is a nice bonus. Bathrooms are top notch.

My Daughter and I Visited the Frobisher Dr. Location in Waterloo, it was a very positive experience, staff very friendly and helpful, was Impressed with how clean and well maintained the location is. Very confident our belongings will be safe.

very reasonable rents. Last year when I booked a unit I was told by the call center that one unit was the right size, but when I got there it was clearly too small. The person at the front desk switched to a better unit size on the spot. Just re-booked for this summer and it was so convenient. Staff is great - both the call center folks and the people at the location!
