First visit and I tried one of their Signature New Drinks..Pineapple Tea Colada. I made mine a Slush...it was delish and refreshing. Definitely will be back.

Came to check out this new Chatime in Ajax. The owners and employees were so nice and friendly. Service was fast. There is a small sitting area and a cute spot to take pictures. I ordered a couple of bubbletea drinks and they were all delicious! Tapioca was fresh! I would totally recommend this location to satisfy your bubbletea cravings!

This place is fantastic! The owner and workers are so kind and are amazing at making drinks! I would definitely recommend going there, the place is so clean and comfy and the drinks are so good!! Definitely going there many times and my new favourite bubble tea place! I really recommend the matcha milk tea, mango green tea and the matcha tiramisu!I love the place so much and I really recommend going there!! :)

Drinks are good, but wait times are ridiculous. I saw the staff forget to make drinks on multiple occasions, or make wrong drinks. When delays or mistakes happen, service team should apologize or keep customers informed. Most of the staff seems inexperienced and flustered. Lots of improvement needed.

First time coming to the store and I was shocked at the inviting atmosphere of the place! Upon entering I was immediately greeted by smiling workers who didn't hesitate to help me and my sisters -- who didn't know what to order -- with understanding the menu and drinks.The matcha tiramisu, as recommended by a worker, was amazing! Fresh and just enough bitter and sweetness to please my appetite. Each drink was crafted beautifully, I recommend the matcha milk tea or mango green tea! I'm not sure if it was the manager or owner, but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even offered some macaroons on the house, which was so appreciated.I really loved the first impression I got on this place, and me and my sisters will definitely be returning again :)
