Great Canadian Oil Change

The people working there don’t have a clue what they’re doing ..overflowed the oil ,had to redrain .he had no clue what he was doing …expensive also .do not recommend

They did a good job. Brady and the test were very helpful

I think I had at one point 6 guys working on changing the oil in my truck lol. They did a good job but needed an army to do it. I also found it to be too in your face, I just wanna sit there on my phone and get my oil changed and not talk to 5 different people about how my week is going. Nice guys but the overkill on it made for kind of an awkward experience.

I went for an oil change at the new location in St Thomas. The manager on duty Rick and his assistant Joseph checked the oil and the readings on my car and suggested that I wait another1500-2000 km.! They then topped up fluids and checked tires free of charge. I will definitely be going back.

It's more expensive than other places but the service is unbeatable for what it is, the shop has some flaws E.G. Flickering lights that should probably get looked at, I've been there twice so far and the first time was great, Matthew did an amazing job (unfortunately he went back to Chatham) Second time I had Justin and he did really well but the other 2 employees that were working seemed to be a little less knowledgeable on what they were doing, Justin was definitely teaching them on the go, they had 3 people working and all the bays were full so service wasn't that fast but it was expected. All in all, gonna keep coming here, just hope more people hear about it and start doing the same :)

Awesome experience today! Few things stress me out quite like car maintenance, but Nathan and his crew were great! They explained everything, were super friendly, and it was fun watching them work. I will definitely be back!!
