Their chocolate tastes like low quality cooking / baking chocolate. I don't understand the high reviews. Way below the quality of Purdys even.

These chocolate angels magically delivered deliciousness to my door in a few hours. While I can’t guarantee they can do that for you, I’ll go out on a limb… maybe a cloud ledge … to guarantee you’ll be delighted by their heavenly chocolate treats. Yum!!

Wanted to visit the store and finally did - so glad I made the time! Store is spacious and clean, and all the products are easy to locate and find. Picked up the milk chocolate sea salt caramels, smoothies milk mints, and sponge toffee milk chocolate. My child and husband really enjoyed the sponge toffee and I loved the smoothie milk mints. However, I was slightly underwhelmed by the sea salt caramels as I have had other versions that had stronger profiles.Regardless, it won't stop me from returning and trying out all the other tasty products they have available!

Went by while waiting around for an appointment. Bought a pack of 6 tarts, a set of mint smoothies and cookies and cream fudge. I don't have a big sweet tooth and expected things to be way too sweet. However, everything was the right amount of sweetness, nothing too overpowering.Edit: the store did smell off even with face masks on. I think it was pumpkin spice? Not my thing but if you like it you'll love the smell.

Beautiful clean store with awesome variety of chocolate. Cannot recommend the chocolate dipped butter tarts though. The chocolate on these had no melting quality, no taste. Stick to the regular butter tarts.

The chocolates at Annie's shop north of London are tasting great but when i visit there weren't many different products from which to choose. The treat that I did buy were high quality. When the shelves are back to being fully stocked i will rate this place a 5 star.Keep up the good work.
