Great employer

This contractor was chosen by my insurance company to initially deal with a water problem that affected the ceiling space between an apartment and my living space on my property.Première Action (FirstOnSite in English) ended up causing more damage than they fixed, because of their negligence, an industrial-grade dehumidifier they had installed spilled and caused extensive damage to the flooring of my house.Because they had done nothing to repair the damage they had caused, I felt obliged to give them the contract to fix the disaster otherwise I felt they would not repair the damage they had themselves caused. Doing the repairs took several months, with Première Action constantly failing to follow through for materials with their supplies, meaning that my tenants and myself would often be disturbed by workers who were sent with no means of doing any repairs.To this day, the issue is still not resolved and I had to get my insurance company involved.

Had no choice to give a star

Utter garbage. Good luck getting any service. It's honestly insulting the level of care and response from this company. If your insurance recommends them, look up other options. This is not out of spite, it simply an awful service with no timeliness ( even when not dealing with large scale events). Update: tried calling them another 3 times. They returned one call and left a message where it was was obvious they did not listen to my voicemail and have still not returned any of my callbacks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Garbage company with ZERO respect for your time. I should add that they had missed and no-showed multiple appointments as well. I am not exaggerating, there is no reason to pick them in any circumstance.

The team is efficient and get the job done

I left voicemails for three weeks without any return. Only to find out that I had nobody assigned to my case on week 3. Then I called my insurance and asked to change of contractors, and I got a call and an appointment 5 minutes later. I don’t recommend the company at all, they will waste your time. They don’t care about their customers.

Due to high winds we lost some shingles off the roof which the chimney cleaner noticed. The following day i informed my insurance company as it was raining and was forecasted to rain over the next 4 days. They notified me that First on site would be in touch asap. Unfortunately I didn't receive a call until 8:30 that evening after speaking to the insurance agent again. Other than a lack of urgency the experience overall was excellent. Professional, on time and efficient. However, I am still waiting to hear when the roofers will be coming by to make the repairs.

Mon assurance m’a attitré un entrepreneur de cette compagnie il y a près de deux mois après qu’un dégât d’eau aille endommagé mon sous-sol. À ce jour, personne ne m’a encore contacté ou retourné mes appels. Personne n’est venu évaluer les dégâts. La compagnie a même dit à mon assurance que je ne retournais pas mes appels alors que jamais leur numéro n’est apparu dans mon historique d’appels, ni même un message.
