I have been going to this location (used to be HK) for over 15 years. As of today I will be taking my current and future business elsewhere (I was looking to set up more insurance..). Three days of calling and leaving my name and number for someone to call me back. When I finally talk to someone (after calling AGAIN) she gives me a rude attitude rather than apologizing, this is all after being on and off hold for 15 minutes.

Best place to go usually i go to some where else but i had a really good exp couple of weeks ago staff is friendly knowledgable and professional highly recommended….

As HK Insurance this business was super amazing, never once had a complaint. We have been with them for over 20 years, now that it is sold to some huge conglomerate company, it has lost the Customer satisfaction concept. I have been working with the same person since February 2022, on one item. I am still waiting, I can only email every week for so long while getting the response, I will get back to you next week". It is evident and clear they are not interested in working for the customer."

Called 3 min before closing because forgot to renew plates that were due that day. The lady that helped me displayed outstanding customer service - instead of sounding annoyed for me calling so late, the lady was very personable, understanding, and efficient. Been a customer for over 10 years...highly recommend!

I have been going here for about 5 years now. I really liked how everyone was kind and respectful. Until today, this person was helping me. I don’t know her name. She was rude due to her bad day. I was shocked and upset because I liked going there. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on customers. Especially, when they didn’t understand something. I have a learning disability. I needed more clarification. I don’t do well when I’m trying to type in a email address and say letters so fast. Then when I asked her to write it out for me. She got mad.Other than that I will still come there. Instead, I will get someone else than her to help with out when I come again.
