I was given Shawn Hoefler's name after trying to deal with some of the bigger garage door companies and having no success. Shawn came up and fixed my problem the same day. Very easy to communicate with. Very professional and he knows his stuff. I was very happy with the price. My garage door works better now than it ever did. Thanks Shawn.

I purchased two garage doors from Hoefler and had them cap the trim around the doors as well. The products and workmanship were excellent and they were very responsive to questions and emails. Although the capping took a little longer due to some unexpected staff turnover they did complete the job and did it well. I'm very happy with the results.

I have been waiting for a single garage door panel for 8 months. I have paid half up front and it is like pulling teeth for an update. I hear nothing from them unless I contact them again asking for some info. I contact them every three weeks or so to find out what is going on and thus far never get a satisfied answer. Last one was the panel was being delivered...Three weeks ago. I ordered this in April. It is now December. -EDIT: Hoefler contacted me this morning regarding this and I was informed that it would be installed next week. They apologized for thecommunication issues and took ownership of it. That is commendable.Problems happen, it is how they are dealt with that makes a difference between a good and a bad experience. I am hopeful the rest of the process goes smoothly. I have amended my review due to this change and I feel 3/5 is more accurate.

Everyone at Hoefler Door Systems is amazing; so patient, kind, and friendly and most of all knowledgeable and experts in their field! We had a horrible experience with another garage door repair company 2 years ago; rude, condescending and absolutely wrong on what was actually wrong with our door. It was a pleasure dealing with Nevin to discuss and choose our options. They were confident and modest about their services. It was nice dealing with a family run business with good integrity. Nevin son was the installer and he was excellent. Helped me move some ceiling storage to get started. Communication could be improved with delivery dates and times. I would highly recommend them.

I've been having some troubles with one of our garage door openers; every third or fourth cycle the door would fail to operate. Hoefler came out to have a look and knew exactly what needed to be done. Appreciate the fact they checked the second door as well; lubricated everything and made sure operation was smooth and proper. Great job, attention to detail and thorough. Shawn is a terrific young man! I am very impressed and have no problems recommending them based on my experience today.

We recently moved into our house and found a Hoefler Door systems phone number on the sticker of the door. We wanted to install a hoist in our third bay and Nevin was able to come out quickly and measure to modify the existing opener. Within a few weeks of ordering Nevin came out and installed the new opener and even programed the key pad. Super knowledgeable, great to deal with and the pricing is very reasonable. The builder where we live always uses Hoefler Door Systems and now we will too!

When I accidentally damaged my garage door before the sale of my house I panicked. I needed to get it replaced FAST! I reached out to Nevin and explained my situation. He was very prompt in his reply and was able to get me a door in time for closing. The installer was very personable and skilled. The price was right, the service was great.
