I found them fast , friendly and super helpful! I renewed my passport within 45 minutes including wait time and out the door! Great people from the security guards to the office wizards!

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this particular location and its probably the best Service Canada centre I’ve been to. I never had to wait long and the staff is not only solution oriented but also super kind and very efficient. Kudos to this team for doing such an amazing job!

I was there this morningThey refused the passport application saying that since I am from Quebec they can’t !! Only ontario resindent . So I called service canada they said : that info isn’t correct.Bad service/receptionist was rude.

2nd time in 2 years needed to resolve issues in a timely matter. Both times the staff were extremely helpful and efficient.The only negative is the parking especially for handicapped individuals is on the east side and far away from the closest entrance on the south side as well even farther from the nort and west side entry-level access. The lack of external direction means best to have been there before or have a good look on Google Maps 1st.

I went to the Cornwall Service Canada office today to renew 2 passports. Shye-Ann was so pleasant and absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was extremely efficient and I would highly recommend using this Service Canada location to renew your passport.
