Went thru the drive thru at this a&w. I ordered a Canadian special w/ substituted eggs for bacon they charged me for each item, I also asked for extra bacon and paid the amount. I got my order, the toast was burnt they didn’t give me the extra bacon I paid for. When I went to get new toast and bacon they gave me toast without butter. And the orange juice was watered down. Manger was on site, very poor customer service and management. Won’t be coming back to this place. Paid 22.90 dollars for burnt toast 4 bacon and watered down orange juice.

Looks like I wasn't the only one given moldy buns. Glad I spotted mold on the bun before taking a bite. Unfortunately dine in was close due to staffing issues. So by the time I got home with the food. I didn't want to bother with going back to complain via drive thru.

I had a coupon for the 3 strips deal. When ordering at drive thru told employee I had the coupon but when I picked up my order I was charged each item individually and also for a drink, which I didn’t get.

Just got home from the drive-thru. I should have known it would be bad when an A&W drive thru is fast. Poured my onion rings out and they looked like this lol. Actually COLD. Soggy. Not even warm. Most of the batter just fell right off them. I have them in the oven as we speak to make them a little bit better.I haven’t even looked at the burger yet. I’m scared.Well, this was one way to throw away $16

Just drove through drive throughUnbelievable I was the 3rd carTook over 20 min to get 1 teen burger.Then not a napkin in the bagNot sorry for the wait...nothing 4 cars behind meYou could see how mad they were. Never again

Service was horrible. They took way too long to make the food then gave our order to the wrong table and we needed to bug them to redo our order. 30 minutes for fast food is unacceptable

Service and food was pretty good. Table turned out not to be wiped down that well, only noticed after we were seated for a bit. Some syrup residue.

The spicy chicken burger I ordered via drive through had a big spot of mold on the bottom of the bun, unfortunately I didn’t see it until I consumed half of the sandwich and part of the mold already! I had to question the quality control of this place, and maybe even the ethics of the location, either the staff didn’t see the big mold on the bun (quality control) while making the burger, or they saw it but made it anyway (ethics), absolutely shocking and disgusting!
