I called to inquire about a return and the women on the phone asked if I would like to speak to a manger? I replied with yes please.Another women came on the phone asking what she could do for me . In the conversation she then asks would I like to speak to the manager? So they all act as the manger but none are? They played a game with me I do not recommend this store where the employees pose as a manager and are not and no one gives their name so you don’t even know who you are talking to. Even when I went back to the store and asked for the manger the women never said I’m the manger she barely spoke to me and I knew right then she was the one who hung the phone up on me .I even ended up paying more money for a replacement? And that’s how a customer is treated? They have no customer service care whatsoever I can see why this stores rating’s are low! Makes sense now.

Called to see if they had a product in stock and took over 20 minutes of being on hold to find out if it was in stock. Would not recommend this store. They need to fix this issue

Had nothing I went in for all 5 items were in flyer and they had none.. I went in the week before to get an item but the other part of the item (battery wasn't there .. so they wouldn't let me buy the item and wait for the battery.. but they gave me a raincheck ... save yourself the trouble price match at homedepot or lowes . Or got to peavy mart in simcoe or woodstock

Great selection , Helpful staff . I check online to see if they have stock of something .People working there are busy enough without having to answer phone calls. I give them 5 stars .

Would not recommend shopping here under any circumstances. I purchase a fishing rod that came to $99.00. Saw the same fishing rod at Canadian Tire for $56.00 and at Cabelas for $49.00. Went back within the hour to price match and TSC refuses. Website policy said they price matched. Store Associate said that was American. With online shopping, TSC Stores face tough competition, and to save a dollar, I would never recommend shopping here. Way over priced.

Clean store with good selection, and the staff are usually very helpful and friendly

Peaveymarts are all the same. . . that is until you go to the Tillsonburg store!! Much more stock, friendly and helpful staff, local in store managers specials and more. We travel to go to this one specifically.

This place has everything just to name has changed from TSC to Peavey I highly recommend for anything that you need for tractors batteries lawn mower parts tools you name it they have so many different selections that you'll find what you need, bird feed, horse feed dog feed etc etc etc a very nice store very nice staff highly recommend this place until server

Great to check out if u can't find what your looking for elsewhere, good service
